The hall was absolutely packed for the annual quiz, with 11 teams competing.
It was decided to serve the food at the beginning of the evening, which worked well.
There was chilli, bolognese and vegetarian casserole with baked potatoes, cheese and salad, and there was a terrific selection of home-made desserts.
There were lots of children, with their own quiz and prizes. There were also colouring sheets and other toys also provided.
It was a fun packed evening with many comical moments and entertaining questions presented by the quiz master, Andy Kilbride.
Many thanks to all who contributed towards this very successful event, including those who provided the lovely food, those who helped in the kitchen and the hall throughout the evening, and Andy for carefully selecting the questions and making the evening such fun.
Many thanks also to all who came, we raised a clear £400.00 profit for hall funds.
